Membership in the Program includes enrollment in the Barklin Newsletter. By joining, you consent to receive the Newsletter and may revoke consent at any time; revocation automatically ends Program membership.

The Program provides members with benefits and promotions designed to enhance the Barklin shopping experience and community engagement.

2. Newsletter Consent

The Newsletter provides regular updates on Barklin, our products, conscious design and sustainability topics, and exclusive offers. Revoking Newsletter consent ends Program membership automatically. You can revoke at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

3. Member Benefits

• Regular information by email about Barklin, our products, our company, and conscious design & sustainability.
• Free EU-wide shipping for orders over €79 when logged in as a member (threshold may be adjusted with prior notice).
• Early notification of sales promotions and limited collections.
• Wardrobe Points on eligible purchases (see section 4).
• Product advice and support from our customer service.

4. Wardrobe Points

Wardrobe Points are our points-based loyalty currency.

• Earning: 10 points for every €1 spent on eligible purchases after discounts, before shipping and taxes.
• Redemption: 100 points = €1 discount on future orders. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Adjustments: Points are deducted for returned or refunded items.
• Additional Uses: Points may be redeemed for exclusive rewards (e.g., free return labels) when available.
• Validity: Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

5. Changes to Benefits

We may change the scope or design of benefits or discontinue specific benefits at any time. We will take your legitimate interests into account and communicate material changes on the Program page.

6. Termination

You may terminate participation at any time without notice by emailing wuff@thebarklin.com. If you revoke Newsletter consent, membership ends automatically without a separate cancellation. We may terminate participation with 14 days’ notice by email or in writing. Our right to immediate termination for good cause remains unaffected.
